Your role at Baxter
Serving as an Opex Engineer I, the role requires supporting and performing tactical planning processes to optimize the capacity of the Manufacturing Plant, in addition to handling projects that increase resource efficiency and improve flows (plant area, personnel, production standards, equipment, material movement, production efficiency, and similar factors). Measure, evaluate, and improve line capacity. It supports the execution and improvement of facility-wide efficiency management systems, as well as optimization and automation of the systems.
