About the role

Compose Documents in Windchill PDM from change requests using drawing and BOM markups, engineer instructions, customer provided info, and inferred knowledge. Determine implementation plan for change requests and assign tasks to appropriate member roles through Windchill. Complete change activities related to part creation, revision control, drawing updates, and BOM updates. Regularly communicate with stakeholders of any outstanding work to be completed to incorporate changes and status updates of documents. Meet metrics for ECN throughput and lead times by logging pertinent information throughout the lifecycle. Potentially assist in the development of new processes related to engineering change management. Will be given stretch projects to help them expand their capabilities and gain exposure to new areas of the business. Maintain team database, metrics & records. Assist in projects related to team processes and growth. Create AVL and drawings for components. Keep engineering change metrics within objectives. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities Able to identify and develop continuous improvement projects to influence and drive change. Ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience Plan and execute projects assigned to keep them as planned. Understanding of engineering documentation process.
