We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Intern to support key Strategic Intelligence Projects that enhance Swarovski's Brand Management. This is your chance to partner with teams across Brand, Commercial, Product, and Controlling, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, cross functional environment. Your main duties will include: Act as a contributor to strategic topics, collaborating closely with the Intelligence & Strategic Marketing team and the Global Head of Intelligence. Ensure that Intelligence deliverables are fully aligned with the needs and expectations of key decision‑making forums. Engage in continuous learning to deepen your understanding of the strategic importance of Intelligence and Strategic Marketing within the business. Contribute to identifying and framing strategic Brand Management, Commercial and Product Creation topics. Support the development of holistic, insight‑driven solutions that provide clear implications and recommendations ("so what / now what") across a wide range of Brand Management requirements, leveraging the full Intelligence and data solution portfolio. Participate in scoping, developing, and delivering projects based on stakeholder priorities, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and consistently high quality. About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: University degree, preferably in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field. Profound Interest in Marketing and/or Analytics, with a proven ability to break down complex issues into manageable tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively. Ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights and translate them into actionable implications. Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel). Team-oriented, collaborative, and effective across all organizational levels and cultures.
