Job Summary Perform settlement function for both physical shares deposit registration and CCASS Settlement Instructions (SIs) Prepare interchange of stock code input form for share consolidation, subdivision and generate the excel file to cancel the CBBC / derivative warrant expiration in SMS Consolidate customers' instruction form and update SMS system accordingly Handle Deceased Account's asset based on the probate Prepare documents for IPO applications and refund Stock Reconciliation between bank and CCASS + SB Assist in conducting UATs for system enhancement and departmental projects.
Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline(s)/Higher Diploma
- At least 1-2 years of in Securities operations related to Share Settlement and Corporation Action
- Sufficient market knowledge in HK market is preferred
- G ood PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
