About the role

A WW Coach channels their passion for a healthy lifestyle into inspiring members to build healthy habits and achieve milestones on their wellness journeys. As a Weight Watchers Coach you will be responsible for creating an inclusive, in-person community through facilitating a customer-focused workshop centred on wellness and building healthy habits. The Location This job opportunity is in Christchurch/Kaiapoi area for workshops on Thursday mornings with the potential to grow your hours in our lines of business with the Company!

Responsibilities

• Community involvement - Be a WW brand ambassador in the local community; attracting new members and representing WW in local events if required
• Conducting Orientation - You will conduct new member orientations to ensure new members understand the current WW program and start immediately on their wellness journeys.

• A WW Coach must :
• Be a strong facilitator
• Empathetic
• Be comfortable with rapid change
• Have strong coaching skills
• Have excellent time management and organisation skills
• Have a strong business acumen
• Have excellent listening and communication skills
• Be tech-savvy across various tools and platforms, including G Suites.
• Have strong Social Media skills
