  • Experience working with CRMs and managing detailed candidate or lead records.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing a high call volume.
  • Resilient, proactive, and not discouraged by rejection; able to maintain consistent energy and follow‑through.
  • Fast learner who can quickly master the outreach pitch and value proposition.
  • Bachelor's Degree or or comparable work experience in sales and recruiting services
  • **Flexibility to work the night shift (US Eastern time; with a 1-hour break time in between)
  • **Must be located in the Philippines, and open to working remotely
  • **Pay: ₱70,000.00 - ₱80,000.00 per month
