About the role

Under the guidance and support of the Multidisciplinary Team, you will deliver exceptional clinical treatment and support to individuals with a lived experience of mental illness. Managing a case load, your role extends beyond clinical responsibilities to actively cultivate and sustain collaborative partnerships with various internal and external service providers. Maintain high standards of clinical practice and professional conduct at all times, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of those under care. Collaborate seamlessly within the multi-disciplinary team, supporting other care partners and ensuring a holistic approach to patient care. Conduct thorough assessments, deliver targeted interventions, and provide treatment for individuals with intricate mental health needs, aligning practices with local policies and strategic directions. Classifications for this position will range from RPN Grade 3 NP81 - NP74 ($107,546 - $119,438 per annum pro rata) Your Contribution A minimum of at least 2 years post qualification clinical experience within Mental Health for RPN Relevant postgraduate qualification in mental health for nursing staff Current Victorian driver's license A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
