About the role

You will provide p atient-centered primary care, to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care. Our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model offers many benefits to both providers and their patients: Enhanced Relationships: Patient panels are limited to 800-1000 patients, and patient-centered medicine in a capitated-fee environment allows providers to have individual patient visits without time restrictions. Appointments of 30-60 minutes allow extra time for the care team to spend with patients. Aligned Incentives: Our providers focus on improving health outcomes, driving patient engagement, and creating an atmosphere where patients are highly satisfied with high touch service from their care team. We remove the distorted fee-for-service incentives - all care provided by providers is included in our monthly membership fee (paid for by the employer).
