WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Reporting to the Security Manager: Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other people to maintain security and safety of the premises. Keep records / reports of daily activities and authorized people entering and exiting the area. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. Document irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property. Authenticate and ensure that only authorized vehicles are in compound and secure areas. Warn people of rule infractions or violations and uphold Live Nation back of house security protocol with all crew and guests. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING High school diploma or equivalent experience required Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures. Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
