Responsibilities
- Engineering Labs

- Champion DevSecOps to embed security early and automate compliance enforcement.
- Ensure application resiliency, observability, and readiness for incident response across data centers and cloud.
- Drive global standardization to improve scalability, reliability, and productivity across engineering sites.
Requirements
- Required
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
- 15+ years in IT or technology leadership, including 5+ years in engineering applications or lab operations.
- Proven success leading large-scale standardization or transformation across global teams.
- Exceptional program management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills.
- Preferred
- Familiarity with semiconductor workflows/tools (EDA, verification, silicon validation).
- Strong understanding of lab functions (validation, bring-up, debug, test, failure analysis).
- Experience with remote engineering workflows or lab automation.
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma (a plus).
- Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
- 190,280 - 285,000, $ per annum
- The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
