You'll join an ambitious and passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional visitor experiences across our Scotland Brand Homes, creating immersive journeys through whisky, hospitality and culture. As Brand Home Lead Guide, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the Brand Home, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service and seamless visitor experiences across tours, tastings, retail and events.
