Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel within the Baltimore region
• Comfortable driving to service locations, including occasional longer trips (up to 2-3 hours round trip)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with seniors in their homes
• Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently
• Basic technical comfort with electronic devices (training provided)
