In this key leadership role, you will shape the commercial direction of the company and ensure that Ayvens is perceived and chosen as the market leader among both current and prospective customers. The Commercial Director oversees the full commercial agenda - sales, marketing, customer insight, and channel development - with the ultimate goal of delivering outstanding customer experience, strong sales performance, and sustainable business growth. Key Objectives of the Role Drive strategic commercial planning and execution to position Ayvens as the market leader. Ensure a consistent, impactful brand presence by applying the Group's brand guidelines and tone of voice across all customer touchpoints. Leverage customer surveys and feedback to steer service development and secure top‑quality mobility solutions and customer satisfaction. Maximize sales power by maintaining current sales channels and strengthening new product and channel opportunities. Ensure adequate resources and continuous competence development within the sales organization. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales force to achieve volume, efficiency, and profitability targets. Areas of Responsibility Commercial leadership: Full responsibility for sales & marketing activities across all channels. Strategic and operational development: Customer segmentation, pricing strategy, sales plans, and customer relationship management. Leasing customer satisfaction, competitive intelligence, service process development, IKA management, and regional cross‑selling. Responsibility for end‑fleet management and sales volume targets. Sales & marketing planning: Development of leasing marketing strategies, sales promotion plans, and budgets. Responsibility for internal and external communication plans. Leadership and collaboration: Member of the Finnish Senior Management Group of Axus Finland. Actively contributes to internal and external communication in line with company values. Responsible for the operational process development of the partnership team and the leadership development of Team Sales Managers.
