The anticipated salary range is up to $125,000.00 plus 10% AIP bonus potential. Actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Demonstrates experience in executing product changes regulated by design control; can translate customer requirements into validatable market requirements and verifiable product requirements; interacts with clinicians to gain feedback on existing products and identify possible improvements
Provide mentoring and work direction to lower level engineers
Coaches peers to improve their skills and outcomes within R&D in a specific area of expertise; may supervise/lead technicians, co-ops or interns

Reviews test protocols and reports for accuracy and completeness and at times generates and analyzes test data and reports to determine if designs meet functional and performance specifications
