- Documentation & Mentorship: Create detailed technical documentation (data maps, sequence diagrams) and establish integration best practices. Share designs with technical leaders and mentor junior team members on integration standards.
- Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of software development experience, with a significant focus on enterprise-level Salesforce integrations in a complex environment.
- Low code / No code development - Experience building internal tools or dashboards using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Retool, Appsmith, Budibase, or similar)
- Middleware Skills: Proficiency with enterprise integration tools and middleware platforms (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS solutions).

Join our dynamic Engineering team and play a pivotal role in unifying our organization's business operations. As a Salesforce Integration Engineer, you will be the architect of connectivity, bridging our core Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds) with a diverse landscape of critical business applications to enable a seamless, automated enterprise. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce APIs, middleware solutions, and system architecture to drive end-to-end connectivity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Finance, Engineering, Product, and Customer Support-setting architectural standards that ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data flow across our technical ecosystem, from traditional ERPs to modern cloud infrastructure. As a hybrid role based out of either our Chennai or Bangalore hub, you will work from the office at least three days a week, providing the flexibility to balance in-person collaboration with remote work.
