Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR or relevant experience, with proven union relations expertise (including grievance resolution, labor relations, and collaboration with union leadership).
- Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution.
- Ability to strategically influence site leadership while upholding corporate HR policies and labor agreements.
- Experience supporting multi-site HR operations in industrial, manufacturing, or chemical environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (Workday preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% (primarily regional; potential for occasional international travel)
- Summary Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $102,900 - $171,500 per year
