Help define and evolve the team's agile or hybrid delivery approach to best fit project and client needs.
Strategic Contribution
Contribute to the evolution of STV's Digital Advisory Products, providing input on technical roadmap, tooling, and platform direction.
Identify opportunities to improve engineering efficiency, product quality, and cross ‑ team collaboration.
Support client ‑ facing engagements as needed by representing engineering perspectives with confidence and clarity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a technical lead or engineering management role.
Strong experience delivering production software using modern architectures , frameworks, and development practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams while staying technically credible and hands ‑ on .
Experience overseeing delivery across multiple projects or products simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non ‑ technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience in a consulting, advisory, or product ‑ focused environment.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern DevOps practices, and scalable system design.
Experience working within agile or hybrid delivery models.
Background supporting products or platforms used across multiple clients or internal teams.
