Administer employee benefits and pension programs across the U.S., Canada, and EMEA, including health & welfare plans, retirement savings, and related compliance activities.
Manage employee life events, enrollments, eligibility changes, and offboarding within established timelines, ensuring accurate and confidential data handling.
Serve as a primary contact for benefits, pension, and HR-related inquiries, providing timely and service-oriented support.
Support communication, training, and promotion of benefits and pension programs to enhance employee understanding and engagement.
Reconcile benefits and pension data with HR systems, payroll, and vendors; validate payroll deductions and employer contributions, and process related invoices and payments.
HR Data, Analytics & Cross-Functional Reporting
Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics, including monthly reporting, onboarding activities, and recruitment data, ensuring quality and consistency to support HR and cross-departmental needs.
Maintain and validate employee and HR transaction data, providing critical data support for HR operations and other teams across the organization.
Global HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in global HR projects, including process optimization, system enhancements, and documentation improvements.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance employee experience.
Must have requirements to be successful in this role :
3-5 years experience in HR operations, benefits administration, pension support, or a similar operational role.
Experience or exposure to U.S. benefits and retirement administration
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with confidential and regulated data.
Experience with HRIS, case management tools, payroll systems, and benefits vendors.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills.
Bilingual English/French required.
