DPR Construction Europe, an upcoming player in the construction of advanced tech and life science projects, is focusing on operating in Germany and Switzerland. We are seeking a motivated Planner to join our high-impact life science and data center projects. This position will be based in the Zurich area . Role Overview -Coach project teams on planning and scheduling best practices to build internal capability -Lead collaborative planning sessions with DPR, trade partners, designers, and stakeholders to align sequencing, manpower, durations, and milestones -Create the contract (baseline) schedule and manage ongoing updates, incorporating subcontractor input as needed -Support planning across all phases-preconstruction, design, bid/buy-out, long-lead procurement, construction execution, and startup/testing/commissioning -Provide schedule risk input, flag potential impacts early, and support mitigation, recovery planning, and delay analysis with the project team and owner -Deliver clear schedule outputs (variance reports, narratives, and visual graphics) and maintain alignment with detailed tracking tools (Smartsheet and 4D/BIM integration a plus) - Identification, measurement & reporting of Key Production & Resource Outputs Role Requirements - Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent field experience - Field Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Planner, preferably on DPR Core Market projects - Technical Skills Oracle Primavera P6 experience; strong understanding of CPM scheduling (LBMS/Takt and Oracle Primavera Cloud knowledge a plus) - Language Fluency in German and English - Workstyle Strong work ethic and proactive "can-do" attitude; effective problem-solving skills; flexible, detail-oriented team player able to manage multiple priorities, work with diverse work styles, deliver quality work, and meet deadlines
