Requirements

• You will regularly engage with customers across the EMEA/MENA region, building trusted relationships and accelerating the adoption of Tealium's solutions while partnering closely with regional stakeholders and our UK-based EMEA team.
• Please note that this is a Professional Services role, not a Software Engineering role.
• The ideal candidate will be located in or near Dubai to facilitate regular on-site collaboration with prospects and customers, as well as regional travel.
• YOUR DAY TO DAY
• Implementation & Technical Delivery
• Lead the hands-on technical configuration, deployment, and validation of Tealium (iQ, AudienceStream, EventStream, DataAccess, Insights, and all other products) for customers. This is primarily an in-product (GUI) configuration.
• During implementation and project delivery, maintain a regular on-site presence to ensure visibility and customer engagement.
• Write and debug performant, scalable JavaScript for tag management, data layer enrichment, and server-side functions
• Troubleshoot front-end issues, including JavaScript tags, APIs, mobile SDKs, and network-level data discrepancies.
• Implement best-practice data strategies for event tracking, user identity resolution, customer data visualisations, segmentation building, and audience activation.
• Develop custom attributes and features for customers to generate robust visitor profiles for complex segmentation, advanced modeling, and AI training.
