Function :
Performs duties in lead role as a Loan Systems Servicing Team Leader in the Loan Systems department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with establishing and implementing workflow efficiencies through the use of technology.
Create and maintain comprehensive procedures and training materials for all aspects of the Loan Systems Servicing department.
Manage production and workflows for Spring and Fall tax seasons, PMI and Hazard Insurance payment processing.
Manage production and workflows for Loan Protection product servicing.
Reporting of cash remittance and specific payment information to Fannie Mae for sold loans.
Servicing, processing and troubleshooting of all Participated Commercial Loans.
Maintenance of application systems by suspense clearing and report review (DL, Unapplied, etc.).
Performs research on problems and discrepancies related to specific customer service issues and related documents (notices, bills, maturing CCR, etc.) in support of the Solution Center and Retail/Commercial Lending staff.
System maintenance of loan extensions/modifications.
Bank Control rate change verification and maintenance (ie. Prime rate, Adjustable Rate Mortgages, etc.)
Performs account maintenance such as billing adjustments, payment schedules, commitment and note changes, loan advances, ach payment setup, etc.
Payment processing through special payment coupons, mail payments, ach and holiday extensions.
Commercial rate swap servicing via payment processing, interest rate maintenance, balancing and interbank wires.
Performs special projects utilizing a comprehensive understanding of the IBS Insight Loan System as it relates to customer service, system interface, and compliance with S&T Bank and Regulatory policies.
Maintains a good working relationship with all bank employees. Demonstrates the ability to work independently. Works as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn the organization.
Provides application systems assistance and training to bank personnel and coworkers.
Monitor workflow and assist staff in Supervisor absence.
Education:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent basic academic education.
