Responsibilities
- At McMaster-Carr, working in distribution isn't just a job, it's a career. As a Distribution Operations Specialist, you'll have responsibilities across multiple areas of our world-class facility, performing essential work to ensure our customers receive the parts they need accurately and on time.
- You'll begin by learning and mastering one core role within our facility. Once you've built proficiency in that role, you'll expand your skillset through experiences such as:
- Fulfilling orders accurately to help customers meet their business needs
- Preparing outgoing packages and conducting quality checks to ensure presentation and accuracy
- Handling oversized or heavy inventory using powered industrial vehicles (training provided)
- This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and are results-oriented self-starters. Our warehouse is clean, temperature-controlled, and equipped with technology to help you do your best work.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.

- Cash Compensation
- Total cash compensation ranges from $95,500 - $108,500 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
