Requirements
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. In some cases, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis and under the discretion of AerSale, Inc.
Prior aircraft structures experience may be required. This can be military experience or experience from other countries with approved letter from the aviation authority. In some cases, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis and under the discretion of AerSale, Inc.
Minimum of 0 -3 years of experience required.
Skills and Abilities:
Mechanical skills and abilities, critical thinking, and organized.
Ability to operate safely all ground support equipment, (i.e., Main Lifts, Scissor Lifts, etc.) and possess the Company operating certification.
Able to perform hot bond repairs with Heatcon hot bonders
Able to do metal prep and metal bonds on wing with hot bonders
Able to co composite material hot bonds with hot bonders
Experience with wet layups
Proficiency with reading and understanding manual references for assigned jobs
May be required to bend, squat, sit, stand, walk, crawl, work in tight spaces and handle objects.
Occasionally required to push/pull, stack, reach above shoulder level or carry light-weight materials up to 50 lbs.
May be required to use chemicals in maintenance process.
