At least 1 year of experience in a medium to large mailroom, preferably in a university environment.
Possess a valid driver license, be able to lift up to 70 pounds, and be willing to work over-time when required.
Proficiency using computers, including word processing programs, spreadsheets, and email.
Proficiency entering, transcribing, and maintaining information in written and/or electronic form. Must demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in verbal, written, and electronic communication.
Proficiency using mobile phones and/or other mobile barcode scanning technology.
Must be able and willing to obtain and maintain a Department of Transportation medical card to operate vehicles over 10,000 lbs., even if the medical card is not required for the position's specific responsibilities on the date of hire.
