Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar technical discipline preferred but not required
4+ years of experience in Linux systems administration, infrastructure engineering, network administration, or related technical environments preferred
Demonstrated technical expertise in Linux and network systems administration
Strong communication skills including interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication
Proven ability to lead technical projects and effectively plan, schedule, and manage time
Ability to prioritize, track, and execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities
Willingness to travel up to 10%

The base pay range for this position is:
$89,220 - $122,672
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

In this role, you will support Linux systems, network infrastructure, virtualization environments, end-user technologies, and manufacturing-related hardware/software systems across plant operations.
You are responsible for:
Designing, deploying, and maintaining secure and reliable Linux server environments
Architecting, documenting, and managing wired and wireless network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VLANs
Developing, implementing, and maintaining backup and disaster recovery strategies
Managing procurement, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle support of end-user devices
Creating and maintaining accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
Developing scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Ensuring systems comply with cybersecurity requirements, policies, and infrastructure best practices
Providing hands-on technical support for manufacturing-related hardware and software systems
Researching emerging technologies and industry best practices while recommending and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support new product or system implementations
Investigating system or process defects and driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defect rates
