We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with experience in luxury packaging products to help grow our business and strengthen client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and develop a strong client base in Agra and nearby regions.Promote and sell luxury packaging bags and customized packaging solutions to retailers, boutiques, jewelry stores, apparel brands, gifting companies, hotels, and corporate clients.Conduct client meetings to understand packaging requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely conversion of leads into business.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in the premium packaging segment.Maintain sales reports and customer records.Requirements2-3 years of sales experience in luxury packaging bags, paper bags, customized packaging, printing, gifting products, or related industries.Strong understanding of premium packaging materials, finishes, printing techniques, and customization options.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tool...
