(20%) Collaborate with delivery team and vendors to understand new features analyzing business and technical requirements for validity, completeness and testability as required to create corresponding test strategy, test plan and test script artifacts.
(10%) Analyze test results and produce reports on overall health of services/systems for operational readiness assessment. Review test results for others more junior analyst or those outside of QA for alignment with QA and enterprise standards.
(10%) Contribute to enhancement of testing process, methodologies, and tools to optimize test efficiency and effectiveness across multiple delivery teams and platforms based on domain expertise and industry best practices.
(10%) Mentor team members on organization products, processes, tools and testing methodologies and serve as subject matter expert in quality assurance practices within the enterprise.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance or Engineering
Basic programming skills required to contribute to test automaton workloads is preferred.
Experience supporting products and services in Financial Industry is preferred.

Position Overview:
The Senior QA Analyst will ensure SECU systems and services meet quality standards and end user requirements with a focus on leading testing for high complexity enterprise initiatives. Working with a cross functional team of Project Managers, Business Systems Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers, the Senior QA Analysts will collaborate to understand new projects and features with responsibility of leading design, delivery and execution of test artifacts for high complexity projects.
