Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy for Nokia Network Infrastructure (NI) to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain C-suite and high-level executive relationships across Nokia's global organization.
Internal Orchestration: Act as the central point of contact within Broadcom to align cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Finance) with Nokia's technology roadmap.
Revenue Operations: Drive timely and accurate global forecasting; lead weekly account reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with Broadcom's executive leadership.
Market Expansion: Identify and capture untapped business opportunities in the Telco and Hyperscale space, translating Nokia's needs into actionable Broadcom product requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 15+ years of experience in Global Account Management or Sales Leadership within the semiconductor or networking industry.
Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Hyperscale/Data Center sales with a deep technical understanding of Ethernet switching and Coherent Optical Interconnect technologies.
Track Record: Proven history of meeting/exceeding multi-million dollar quotas with year-over-year growth in complex, global accounts.
Network: Existing relationships within Nokia NI are highly preferred and considered an advantage.
Soft Skills: Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills; ability to navigate complex corporate structures with high energy and a results-oriented mindset.
Education: B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Travel: Ability to travel globally as required to support the account.

Compensation and Benefits
The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $193,800 - $310,000
OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents. This position is also eligible for equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
