- Braze Practitioner Certification required; Strategist, Developer, or Technical Architect certification strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in Braze architecture, decisioning logic, and platform-level performance diagnostics
- Proven track record to lead client conversations at a senior level with composure and clarity, and to coach delivery teams in live, in-flight environments
- Familiarity with the realities of post-launch pressure: data issues, scope creep, urgent client issues, and the judgment calls they require
- Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, or consulting environments preferred
- Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience applying AI/ML-driven decisioning or predictive orchestration natively within Braze or adjacent platforms
- Perspective on how marketing automation architecture needs to evolve as AI-native program models replace traditional journey logic
- Familiarity with real-time data infrastructure, streaming event pipelines, reverse ETL, or CDP orchestration layers, and how they reshape platform configuration
