A comprehensive understanding of the Bangladesh healthcare system, allowing you to seamlessly navigate the patient journey across public and private sectors.
The capability to independently author scientific materials and conduct contextual material reviews utilizing a strong working knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Code of Marketing Practices.

What you will be working on:
As a Medical Specialist, you will:
Proactively contribute strong scientific, medical, and therapeutic area expertise to differentiate our portfolio throughout the product life cycle.
Lead the medical component of the integrated local strategy, shaping a scientifically sound value story that reflects an end-to-end commercialisation.
Spend a significant time in the field, proactively engaging Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) and key stakeholders in full alignment with cross-functional roles.
Drive proactive, pre-launch end-to-end strategies to anticipate future medical trends and shape local medical practice.
Manage post-launch engagement to ensure the right patients are treated at the right time while expanding our scope to underserved patient populations.
Establish effective peer-to-peer relationships, identify science-driven collaborations, and deliver high-quality, non-promotional medical education to external customers.
Systematically collect, analyze, and translate clinical practice and patient insights into strategic, actionable recommendations for your squad.
Independently manage the end-to-end execution of insight initiatives like advisory boards, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards.
Design and manage the local Integrated Evidence Plan (IEP), identifying evidence gaps and executing tactics like Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies.
Provide clinical context and expertise to local Health Authority submissions to support high-quality regulatory approvals and product licenses.
