About the role
We are seeking a motivated Senior Consultant , OE Performance & Insights who is focused on designing and supporting metrics reporting through methodical, detail-orientated analysis and problem solving. YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver a consistent, accurate and aligned set of performance insights across CIO, Domain and Delivery Excellence levels. Own rhythm‑of‑business processes for IPRF, OKRs, WOW, monthly reporting and Tech LT forums. Coordinate cross‑Tech forums including Tech Council, Flow stand‑ups, Data Sessions and Domain governance. Partner with Flow, Clarity, Codility and TF teams to ensure definitions, data lineage, metadata and business logic are correct. Support ingestion and enhancement of ADA datasets including defining business requirements, validating outputs and prioritising improvements. Produce high‑quality artefacts including reporting packs, data dictionaries, frameworks, dashboards and leadership storylines. Conduct analysis to ensure CIO and Domain metrics are aligned to the priorities set by LT. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making through data. Experience working in large‑scale technology environments, ideally with engineering performance metrics. Experience as a Business Analyst or Insights Analyst with strong documentation and requirements capability. Demonstrated experience creating high‑quality artefacts (dashboards, frameworks, governance packs, reporting definitions ) Strong business analysis capability with technical depth (data logic, system integration understanding, metric design ). Advanced data interpretation: able to collate, filter, validate, and interpret multi‑system datasets (Flow, Clarity, Codility , TF, ADA, Power BI sources ). Governance mindset: ensures accuracy, alignment, version control, documentation, and quality assurance. Executive communication: capable of distilling complex data into simple, compelling storylines. Highly proactive stakeholder engagement across senior technology leaders, Delivery Excellence and Domains. Strong coordination and orchestration skills across multiple forums and leadership cadences.
