Today, leaders of higher education institutions and academic medical centers are spending too much time reacting to market forces, rather than focusing on the essential priorities that help students, faculty and staff thrive. The most productive path forward requires an intentional approach and innovative thinking, whereby stakeholders across the entire institution rally around a shared vision and embrace the hard work of effecting change.

We are seeking a temporary contract resource to support critical business needs through the end of the summer. This is a full-time, time-limited engagement designed to provide additional capacity across operational workflows while also helping us test a key staffing and work segmentation model in a controlled environment.
This role will primarily support Pre/Post operations, with additional support provided to the Clinical/Contracts Team. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented
Pre/Post Support
The majority of this role's time will be dedicated to supporting Pre/Post workflows. This work will focus on transactional, lower-specialization tasks that help improve team efficiency and create additional bandwidth for senior team members to focus on more complex work.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting day-to-day Pre/Post operational activities
Completing administrative and transactional tasks accurately and on time
Following established workflows, processes, and service standards
Assisting with execution of work aligned to the current segmentation model deployed in ROCC
Helping assess whether lower-complexity work can be effectively managed by a less experienced resource
Escalating issues or exceptions when needed
Clinical / Contracts Team Support
This role will also provide support to the Clinical Team, with a focus on intake processes and business tool creation.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting intake-related activities for the Clinical/Contracts Team
Assisting in the creation and organization of Claude Tools across the business
Helping document processes, manage inputs, and maintain consistency across workflows
Partnering with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Providing flexible support based on evolving business needs and priorities
