POSITION OVERVIEW As a Google Ads Specialist on our Paid Search team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing lead generation campaigns within specified budgets across various media channels, primarily focusing on Paid Search and including Display and Adroll remarketing. You will proactively identify areas of opportunity and improvement, collaborate with the team to develop new strategies, and analyze performance data using various tools to drive campaign success. Effective communication with clients and the Partner Success team, precise budget pacing, content creation, and proficiency in online tools are essential aspects of this role. RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Management: Creation & ongoing optimization of lead generation campaigns in the orthodontic and dental niche. Performance Troubleshooting: Meeting certain KPIs within a range of budgets and across multiple media channels (primarily paid search, some Display, and Adroll remarketing). Strategy Identification: Proactively identifying key areas of opportunity & improvement within accounts. Working with the whole team to support and create new strategies. Data-Driven Analysis: Using various tools to analyze performance and recommend strategy (e.g., Auction Insights, Zip Analysis, Keyword Planner, Ad Preview Tool, Local Search Trends, etc.) Communication: Owning ad performance. Working with the Partner Success team to answer partner questions, communicate strategy updates, & provide recommendations. Budget Pacing: Daily monitoring of spend and bids to ensure clients are on track to hit monthly budget plans. Content Creation: Creating precise, quality ad copy specific to client goals and priorities. Online Tools: Using a range of online tools such as ClickUp, HighLevel (CRM), Slack, Zoom, Gmail, and Google Workspace. RESULTS EXPECTED Successful Lead Generation Campaigns: Drive the creation and ongoing optimization of lead generation campaigns in the orthodontic and dental niche, resulting in increased lead volume and quality for clients. Achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Meet specified KPIs within allocated budgets across multiple media channels, primarily focusing on Paid Search but also including Display and Adroll remarketing, demonstrating effectiveness and ROI to clients. Strategic Identification of Opportunities: Proactively identify key areas of opportunity and improvement within client accounts, collaborating with the team to develop and implement new strategies that enhance campaign performance and drive results. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize a range of analytical tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize performance and maximize ROI for clients. Utilization of Online Tools: Effectively utilize a range of online tools and platforms such as ClickUp, HighLevel (CRM), Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace to streamline workflow processes, enhance collaboration, and optimize campaign management efficiency.
