About the role

Engage and respond to inbound and outbound enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels Build rapport with parents and understand their needs to provide suitable programme information Present the school's curriculum, programmes, and value proposition in a clear and professional manner Conduct centre tours for prospective parents and explain learning approaches and child development outcomes Address enquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism Support the enrolment process through timely follow-ups and guidance Ensure a positive and consistent experience across all parent interactions Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and enrolment outcomes Work towards enrolment-related targets including conversions and visit attendance rates We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
