Define and execute the manufacturing systems transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise digital strategy and operating model
Lead modernization of platforms including MES, equipment automation, factory systems, and quality applications
Drive standardization and integration of systems into scalable, modular, and AI-ready platforms
Enable end-to-end data integration while ensuring data ownership and data quality at source within manufacturing systems
Operate within the enterprise digital operating model, including demand prioritization and wave-based delivery cycles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, engineering, production, and quality
Lead large-scale, multi-site transformation programs, ensuring alignment with priorities, timelines, and investments
Drive governance of investment, prioritization, and strategic alignment across the manufacturing portfolio
Manage vendors, partners, risks, and delivery performance
Ensure consistent deployment and adoption across manufacturing sites
Define and track business value (e.g., yield, productivity, cost), ensuring clear ownership, value cases, and KPI-based tracking
Act as the manufacturing domain authority within digital governance and decision-making forums
Build and develop capabilities in digital platforms, data-driven manufacturing, and AI-enabled workflows
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience in semiconductor or highly automated manufacturing environments is an advantage
Strong experience in manufacturing IT or digital transformation, with expertise in MES, equipment automation, factory systems, and quality applications
Proven track record in platform modernization, system integration, and enterprise-scale program leadership
Strong understanding of data-driven manufacturing, digital architecture, and AI-ready platforms
Familiarity with OT/IT convergence and cybersecurity in manufacturing environments
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across business and IT
