About the role

As a Product Owner - Industrial & Manufacturing Software , you will bridge the gap between complex business needs and cross-functional delivery teams by leveraging deep domain expertise in platforms like MES, PLM, or Production Management Systems. This specialized role demands a profound understanding of real-world industrial workflows to translate technical complexity into clear product direction within a collaborative, fluid environment. This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Marketing, IT, Engineering, Data, Privacy, and Security teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and data-driven digital experiences. How you'll contribute 🛠️ ✅ Translate business and industrial user needs into clear, prioritized, and actionable product requirements. ✅ Act as a domain expert in manufacturing and industrial software, contributing context beyond technical documentation. ✅ Own and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization. ✅ Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders in an integrated product team. ✅ Participate actively in discovery, solution validation, and product decision ‑ making. ✅ Ensure the product delivers meaningful value in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments. ✅ Facilitate communication between technical and non ‑ technical stakeholders. ✅ Support the maturity and evolution of product practices within the team. This would make you the ideal candidate 🚀 ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨ 5+ Years of experience working as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in manufacturing, production, or industrial software environments. ✨ 5+ Years of experience collaborating with agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models). ✨ 3+ Years of experience working with industrial systems such as Product Management Systems (PMS), MES, PLM, or similar production ‑ focused platforms. ✨ Proven experience working directly with industrial or construction end users (e.g., plant managers, engineers, operators, production stakeholders). ✨ Willingness to work onsite at the US office frequently during the first six months of the contract. ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
