As Technical Pre-Sales Manager, Geology, based in Jakarta, you'll be the trusted technical expert helping mining and exploration organisations unlock greater value from their geological data. Working closely with customers, sales teams and product specialists, you'll play a pivotal role in driving software adoption, influencing purchasing decisions and shaping future product enhancements across the Indonesian mining sector. The Impact you'll have Become a recognised technical advisor to leading mining and exploration organisations Influence strategic software investment decisions across major customer accounts Bridge customer needs with product innovation to help shape future solutions Drive customer success, long-term adoption and expansion opportunities Collaborate with global teams across sales, operations and product development Contribute to the growth of mining technology adoption across Indonesia and the wider region What you need to succeed Degree qualification in Geology, Geoscientist or Earth Sciences with at least 3 years field exploration experiences Expert in geological database software solutions in mining or exploration environments (e.g. Geobank, Data Shed, Acquire, etc.) Strong understanding of geological data management and exploration workflows (including QAQC) and advanced SQL capabilities, with Python skills viewed favourably Advanced stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, including executive-level communication in English and Bahasa A consultative mindset with a passion for technology, customer success and continuous learning Ability to travel up to 40% within Indonesia (primarily) & Southeast Asia What you can expect from us Competitive remuneration and commission Hybrid working model Career development within a growing global organisation Health and wellbeing support, including EAP Apply Now Are you ready to use your geological database expertise to influence how leading mining organisations leverage technology and data to drive better business outcomes?
