Management of all product processes ensuring operational excellence and smooth workflows.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Provide training and support to sales teams on product features and benefits.
Collaborate with the various stakeholders (sales, finance, retail network) to ensure strong deployment of product offering.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management

Requirements

Have excellent data manipulation skills and presentation skills i.e. Excel, Microsoft office skills
