Additional Information

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding Post job openings on recruiting platforms and job boards Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process Manage recruiting databases, ATS systems, and candidate records Conduct reference checks and assist with offer coordination HR Administration Support onboarding and new hire documentation processes Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries as needed Support HR compliance and internal policy administration Prepare HR reports and recruiting activity updates Communication & Coordination Communicate with internal departments, hiring managers, and external candidates Support employee engagement and HR-related projects Coordinate orientation sessions and training schedules Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and candidate information Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience 1+ years of HR, recruiting, staffing, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
