Requirements

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Description: Hai Hospitality and LORO, an Asian Smokehouse & Bar is hiring for our BBQ Pit Team Pitmaster and Butcher . In this role, you will serve as Pitmaster and Butcher, and as a vital member of our kitchen team to create amazing dining experiences for our guests. We offer gainful employment and great opportunities to grow with the organization long-term! We are offering an hourly rate of $17-$19 depending on experience. This position is specifically for mornings with shifts beginning at 6am, and weekend availability is prioritized.
