Requirements
12+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, or financial services, with significant leadership experience
Proven track record of translating data and analysis into business decisions and measurable outcomes
Deep expertise in Commercial Banking, including portfolio dynamics, client segmentation, and growth strategy (preferred)
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment
Exceptional problem structuring, critical thinking, and communication skills
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and operating in complex organizational environments

Role Summary
The SVP Data, Insights & Analytics is responsible for ensuring strategy is grounded in rigorous, objective data and translated into clear, actionable decisions. This leader serves as a strategic partner to Commercial executive leadership, owning the end-to-end process of turning market, customer, and portfolio intelligence into prioritized actions, resource allocation decisions, and measurable outcomes.
This role is not a traditional reporting or request-driven analytics function. Instead, it operates as a decision engine , proactively framing choices, delivering clear recommendations, and enabling leadership to make faster, more confident strategic and operational decisions.
