Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Provide an exceptional client experience.Resolve issues with customers as they are presented either upon discovery or in response to a client call.Work exception queues identified by the system.Resolve exceptions by completing documentation, submitting to the state , and or working with the clientsRequest power of attorney (POA) From clients.Complete title validation.Monitor aged titles, calling clients on vehicle title status, updating title status is title vault.Receive payments, including tax payments, from customers for vehicle registration and titling transactions.Provide assistance to clients by responding to emails and phone calls from Clients.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma/GED3 years related experienceDMV, Title Clerk, Account Management, Auction/Automobile industry experience and Technical Client Service experience highly desirableMust be able to handle multiple, competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgmentExcellent communication skills (verbal and written), with strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail is essential - Strong computer skills, data entryNotary highly desirableValid Driver's license and safe driving record required.Drug TestingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Paid time offRemote work optionsFlexible scheduleParental leave
