Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to customer and driver inquiries (internal and external) via phone and email in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal Holman departments to investigate issues and deliver closed-loop resolutions.
  • Accurately log all inquiries, issue details, and resolutions within Holman systems.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients on open items.
  • Process fleet database updates, duplicate material requests, and activation/deactivation of fuel card PINs in accordance with client parameters.
  • Update and audit client profiles and manage communications with third-party vendors.
  • Serve as a dedicated, single point of contact for assigned client(s).
  • Manage end-to-end process coordination for supply chain activities, including acquisition, delivery, and remarketing for a specific client.
  • Host recurring meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams to review topics such as order status, driver concerns, invoicing, and operational updates.
  • Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or retail preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, independence, and ability to multitask across client and departmental needs.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone communication and active listening.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
