1-6 years of experience.
Experience performing financial due diligence, audit, or transaction-related analyses.
Exposure to quality of earnings, working capital, or transaction modeling concepts.
Progress toward CPA or equivalent professional certification.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize financial data into client-ready insights.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in client-facing environments.

The Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate conducts in-depth financial analyses to support clients in evaluating acquisition and divestiture opportunities, collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams. This role involves preparing detailed reports, participating in client meetings, and leveraging financial tools to deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
