We're looking for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef - Pastry to support the leadership of our pastry kitchen and help deliver high-quality, creative offerings across restaurant and event service.
In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to oversee daily pastry operations, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency across all outlets.
