To handle complaints promptly and professionally demonstrating genuine care and concern. To comply with company key and float control systems. To reporting any incidents which are likely to breach regulations governing the conduct of licensed premises to a Superior. To carrying out all bar duties in a tidy manner ensuring minimum waste and good stock control To adhere to Core standards at all times, ensuring 4 Star Standards are met To maximise selling opportunities by up selling at every opportunity. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the Banqueting areas. To provide and implement service of all food and drink to the required company standard with the relevant pre and post preparation. To handle complaints promptly and professionally demonstrating genuine customer care and concern. Undertake any other duties as requested by management. To comply with all legal requirements in respect of health, safety and welfare of all members of staff and customers. All staff of the company are required to make themselves available for training and communication meetings, for which advance notice will normally be given. All staff must attend fire training as required by law to be familiar with the departmental responsibilities. To carry out the necessary night audit reports required.
