Job Description Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation supports the design, administration, and governance of compensation programs for the Company's executives, including base pay, annual incentives, and long-term equity awards, in alignment with the Company's pay philosophy and applicable regulatory requirements.
Partners with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver executive pay analyses, maintain equity data integrity (grants, vesting, and reporting), model incentive plan outcomes, and support executive benchmarking and annual proxy/CD&A disclosure through accurate documentation and recurring/ad hoc reporting. Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Manage key activities for the executive compensation cycle, including data collection, analysis, modeling, approvals, and implementation for base salary, annual incentive, and long-term incentive programs.
Review and administer company incentive programs, including plan design support and distribution of plan materials and communications.
Administer executive equity programs and maintain equity data integrity (e.g., grants, vesting, forfeitures, cancellations, audits/reconciliations, and reporting) in coordination with HRIS, Finance, and Legal.
Serve as the equity system administrator, including platform configuration/support, user access, data uploads and reconciliations, and coordination with the vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate equity records and reporting.
Maintain compensation governance and compliance documentation, including controls, approvals, and audit support aligned with regulatory and internal requirements.
Conduct executive benchmarking using third-party survey data and peer group analyses; prepare pay positioning, competitiveness, and trend insights to inform executive officer compensation decisions.
Support annual proxy and CD&A disclosures by gathering, validating, and reconciling executive compensation data; maintain documentation for disclosure tables, footnotes, and controls.
Deliver recurring and ad hoc compensation reporting (e.g., compensation summaries, equity activity, and incentive accruals/payouts), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
Compile and deliver monthly compensation accrual inputs for Finance (e.g., annual incentive accruals, projected payouts, and equity-related expense/award activity support), including reconciliations and variance explanations.
Prepare analyses and content for Compensation Committee and leadership materials, including executive pay recommendations, benchmarking summaries, and incentive plan performance results.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and external advisors to deliver timely analyses, respond to executive compensation inquiries, and support compliant communications.
Improve executive compensation processes and controls through data audits, system testing, and reconciliations to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with Total Rewards and other HR functions to ensure executive compensation programs integrate effectively with broader rewards strategies and operational processes.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2 years of executive compensation, equity administration, and proxy experience.
