Lead the safe, efficient planning, execution, and closeout of Major Turnaround events at Syncrude Mildred Lake, ensuring alignment with Suncor's turnaround processes, schedules, and cost expectations
Collaborate across functions to deliver successful turnaround outcomes, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and providing leadership, coaching, and on-call support to a multi-discipline team
Define and communicate the vision for major turnaround events; develop, implement, and steward execution plans to achieve operational excellence and project objectives
Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing strategies, enhancing service delivery models, and ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied
Set and support turnaround goals for employees and contractors while guiding teams to deliver effective, high-quality project execution
Location and Other Key Details:
This is a Fort McMurray based position, located at our Syncrude Mildred Lake Facility
This is a Monday to Friday, 40 hour work week with additional hours based on business need
If you reside outside of Fort McMurray, relocation of your primary residence to within 60 km of Fort McMurray is mandatory. Relocation support will be provided; we offer competitive housing assistance to eligible individuals
