- Partner with ITSM stakeholders to plan and execute changes, cutovers, and complete change windows, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Ensure proper sequencing of infrastructure readiness relative to facility milestones, legal close, and business operations.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Work in close collaboration with: IT Real Estate Program Manager on site timelines, dependencies and escalations.
- Workplace Services and Infrastructure teams on technical design and execution.
- Cybersecurity to ensure controls, risk assessments, and compliance are addressed.
- External carriers, cabling/low-voltage contractors, hardware logistics, local facility vendors.
