Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, or structural engineering, , or a related field.
NJ Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
15+ years of experience in Rail project management and business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering successful Rail projects.
Strong technical knowledge of Rail engineering principles, standards, and practices.
Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new Rail business opportunities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with Rail clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Experience in proposal development, bid management, and contract negotiation.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, project assignments, and industry events.
PMP Certification highly encouraged.
